BREAKFAST

OATMEAL WITH RASPBERRIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of Oats
  • 1 cup of Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • handful of Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. of Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 cup of Almond Milk 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix oats, water, and salt in a deep bowl
  2. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes 
  3. Stir
  4. Heat in microwave for additional 30 seconds
  5. Top with hemp seeds, raspberries, and almond milk 

AVOCADO TOAST

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 pieces of toast (I used Dave's Killer Bread)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt-free seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast your bread
  2. Cut & scoop avocado in a bowl
  3. Add lemon & salt-free seasoning to avocado
  4. Slice tomatoes
  5. Spread your avocado on your toast, top with tomatoes, and more salt-free seasoning
  6. Enjoy!

DECKED OUT AÇAÍ BOWLS

INGREDIENTS 

  • Blended Ingredients
    • 1 Sambazon açaí frozen packet
    • 1 apple
    • 2 frozen bananas
    • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries 
  • Toppings
    • Fresh berries
    • Kiwi
    • Little Duck Organics Tiny Dried Fruits
    • Puffed Millet
    • Bananas
    • Dates
    • Unsweetened shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all your açaí, apple, banana, blueberries, and strawberries until thick consistency.
  2. Top with toppings suggested of toppings of choice
  3. Enjoy!

MANGO TURMERIC SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 cups of frozen mangos
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. of turmeric powder
  • 2 dates
  • Water/Almond milk until desired consistency 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Enjoy!

***Please note I drink 2 mason jars filled for a more filling breakfast :)

BLUEBERRY BOWL WITH PASSIONFRUIT

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp. of maca powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk 
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp. of hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend blueberries, banana, maca powder, and almond milk
  2. Top with passionfruit & hemp seeds

PEACE BEGINS ON YOUR PLATE (Fruit Platter)

INGREDIENTS

  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Mangos

DIRECTIONS

  1. Assemble fruit in a peace sign or just throw it in a bowl 
  2. Enjoy!
