I thought I'd share with you a scrumptious vegan creation, I made the other night, to show you that vegans don't only eat grass, and that you can make ANYTHING vegan!
Below is a vegan treat that I made when I had a severe sweet tooth:
RECIPE
Ingredients:
-
1 package of Eat Pastry Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix
-
1 tub of Eat Pastry Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie - Cookie Dough
-
1 package of Chicago Vegan Foods "Dandies" Vegan Marshmellows
Directions:
-
Preheat oven to 400°
-
In a medium size bowl stir & mix Eat Pastry Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix, 1/2 cup of almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice), and 1/8 cup of olive oil.
-
Portion out cake mixture into 6 cup baking pan - only fill cups halfway (leave some cake mixture).
-
Scoop 6 small balls of Eat Pastry Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie - Cookie Dough and place on halfway filled cups.
-
Pour the rest of the cake mixture over cookie dough balls.
-
Bake for 10 minutes.
-
Place 1-2 "Dandies" Vegan Marshmellows on each cupcake.
-
Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
-
Let it completely cool & thuroughly enjoy :)
I share this recipe with all of you, so that you can all try them too, but also to show that vegans don't only eat grass. There are literally endless plant-based options. Even today, I ate lunch at a 100% dairy-free cheese shop! Sounds unreal, right? Times are changing people, are you going to join in on the fun or sit back and watch?
These cupcakes are so delicious, I highly recommend trying them. Thank you to Eat Pastry & Chicago Vegan Foods for making this vegan chocolate cupcake creation even possible!!

All successful modern civilisations eat lots of grass and would likely fall without corn, oats, wheat and rice.
That cupcake would be better with milk
